One of the reasons we started Schulman Blackwell was to be able to offer clients the opportunity to select flexible alternative fee arrangements. We have seen the many flaws of the traditional by-the-hour billing system, and we want to provide clients with the option to select alternatives.
If you are interested in other than traditional by-the-hour billing, we have entered into alternative arrangements with clients, ranging from fixed monthly fees to contingency fees. We will do everything possible to best meet your needs.
